haha, well it looks like a mallomar to me. but seeing as you can hardly find those in the states, i can't fathom how you'd possibly come across them in grenada.
You are surprisingly close : ). It's a snackwell cookie on top of some buttered Hawaiian bread.
It looked like something I saw at the Los Angeles Museum of Modern Art last week.
Sadly, I can't take the credit for it - it's my roommate's concoction.
